Happy Birthday, Lavazza!
To celebrate the twentieth birthday of its famous calendar, Lavazza will blow out the candles at the Triennale with a special event, a photography exhibition that celebrates travel, seduction and coffee.

The concept of "Lavazza con te partirò" is the brainchild of Fabio Novembre, who with his dreamlike pop style has reinterpreted the entire photographic path, in an immersive exhibition design enriched with innovative project mapping that catapults the visitor into the Lavazza world. "I wanted to trace the common thread that unites several of the images chosen for this twenty-year anniversary calendar, attempting to tell a story that finds its full, complete dimension." This celebration recounts the world of Lavazza calendars through the works of the world’s greatest photographers, from Newton to von Unwerth and figures of the calibre of Scianna, Watson, LaChapelle, Mondino, Leibovitz and Recuenco, to name but a few. And the three lucky winners of the photo scouting that ended in September will have the chance to show their shots alongside them.
Not a celebration of the past, but a look to the future, with the 2012 Calendar, the 20th edition, which increasingly celebrates the intimate relationship between photography and the espresso, a ritual that is never equal to itself.
