Material ConneXion Italia

Material ConneXion is the most  extensive research center  for  innovative and sustainable materials, with facilities in New York, Bangkok, Beijing, Cologne, Daegu, Istanbul, Milan, Seoul, Shanghai, Skövde and Tokyo.

Over  the years it has collected in its Library a selection of more than 7000 materials and production processes.

The main activity of Material ConneXion is to promote the relationship between material manufactures and anyone  (architects, designer, enterprises, students) looking for new materials for their projects or products.

In addition to providing access to information about materials and manufactures , Material ConneXion spreads the culture related to the use of new materials through events and workshops and offers customized consulting services to anyone in need of support for the organization of a business plan, at the planning stage as well as marketing and communication strategies.

Material ConneXion Italia – Triennale di Milano

Material ConneXion  Italia manages a permanent showroom at La Triennale di Milano that hosts a “Materials Wall”, a monthly selection of innovative and sustainable materials as well as temporary exhibitions, special events, company presentations, workshop and round tables.

Material ConneXion Italia – Offices and Library

Material ConneXion Italia offices and Library are located in Milan.
The Library contains more than 3.000 samples and is updated on a monthly basis by Material ConneXion staff.

It is open to visitors by appointment:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
