The entrance area provides an ideal setting for all the main reception activities, and it leads directly into the TriennaleLab, which is the perfect place for conferences and presentations. It also gives access to the first-floor rooms and, in particular, to the Hall of Honour, which can seat up to 350 people, or over 25O for gala dinners.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the Palazzo.
The following are obligatory: return of the spaces to their original state, with the walls intact and all materials used for the event removed.
Suspended structures should be on self-supporting truss systems and, unless authorised, no holes may be made in the ceilings.
It is strictly forbidden to make holes in the floor in any exhibition area.
Regardless of the space used, all events shall end no later than midnight. After such time, the Palazzo may be opened only for dismantling, if required.
In the case of use of the Triennale DesignCafé, the furnishings may be neither moved nor modified. The two areas are available, on an exclusive basis, outside of normal opening hours.
In the case of exhibitions open to the public, the necessary documents must be submitted at least one month prior to the date of opening, in order to obtain a certificate of fitness from the competent authorities. Please contact the technical department for further information and for the forms required for submitting the application for the certificate of fitness.
